Dr. Anne Chioma Chima (PhD, FCIPA, MTRCN, ACOSR)

Dr. Anne Chima is a distinguished scholar and seasoned professional in the field of Public Administration, with a proven track record in governance, public service management, and community development. She holds a Doctorate Degree (Ph.D) in Public Administration, which crowns a journey of academic excellence and a deep-seated commitment to public service.

Over the years, Dr. Chima has built a robust educational and professional profile. Anne’s educational journey reflects her deep faith in life-long learning. Her academic foundation was laid through a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree obtained from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma and University of Abuja in Public Administration respectively. She later obtained her PhD from University of Abuja after years of research and scholarly contributions. She capped it all with an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University. She has an honorary doctorate degree in Business Administration from POMA University, Benin Republic.

Dr. Chima is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Administration (FCIPA)—a recognition reserved for top-tier professionals who have demonstrated outstanding competence and leadership in public sector management. She is also a registered Member of the Teacher’s Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), underscoring her strong advocacy for educational reform and professional teaching standards. In addition, she served as a Council Member of the Association of Confidential Secretaries and Reporters, where she contributes to strategic policy formulation and professional development. Her professional life was marked by excellence, service, and a profound dedication to national development.

Throughout her career, Dr. Chima distinguished herself in various high-level capacities in various public sector institutions. Her work experience spans administrative consultancy, organizational leadership, educational supervision, and policy advisory roles. Her expertise was sought and insight were sought across international and national platforms. She represented her country and contributed to key discourses on education, leadership, ethics, and public administration. She was at the UNESCO General Conference in France, Global Education and Skills Forum in Dubai, Business Ethics and Principles also in Dubai, Leadership for Organizational Performance in Ghana, and the 7th Conference of Association for Educational Assessment in Africa in Kenya. This is to mention but a few.

She was especially renowned for her transformative role in community service initiatives. She derived satisfaction in helping and empowering indigent people from her community and beyond. Her work impacted lives, inspired emerging leaders, and helped bridge critical gaps in community development. In Ogbuebule community, she assisted scores of people in education offering scholarships to indigent students, she provided employment opportunities to countless others, and invested in the welfare of many.  As an advocate for social inclusion and grassroots empowerment, Dr. Chima received multiple honours and awards in recognition of her unwavering contributions to community development and the welfare of her people.

Anne was a woman of integrity whose core values included honesty, transparency, accountability, respect, and empowerment for the less privileged. And her legacy looms large in Ogbuebule community.
